I planned on brewing a blonde ale as an intro beer for friends and I completely miscalculated my water volumes and ended up with a very low OG.

I added table sugar and honey to the fermenter and reached my estimated OG

I figure the finished beer is either gonna be half way decent or good. I'm thinking about dry hopping 5 gallons of it.

I'm really curious to see how this screw up turns out.

1 day into fermenting, high krausen
Boiled 1 gallon of water and added 1.5lbs of honey
Before honey FG: 1.012
After honey FG: 1.022

Corrected OG: 1.046
Estimated FG: 1.008
Estimated ABV: 5.0%
