so i didn't hit my target gravity, so i had to add another 8oz of sugar to get my gravity up to 1.062.
and i used two hop additions instead of just one effectively doubling how much hops i used. (one at 60min, another at 20min)
so instead of my usual $8 - 10 gal batch, it cost me ~$9.20 (yeah, yeah, i know @applescrap ! that's why this is in the mindless mumbling forum) i hope the hops make it worth it, because that's a dollar of my life!

and now off to add it to tally for 2019!
