Dint sanitize beer gun, problem for very short term?

Long short: there was a multitude of craziness that made me forget to sanitize a beer gun a friend let me borrow. I ran a half pint of beer into a pint glass before bottling 2 12 ounce bottles. (Complete sanitation protocols on them). The bottles will be kept cold until Wednesday for a friendly competition. Is this a major problem this time?

Most likely will not be a problem given that its a few days and you're keeping them cold. When I fill growlers to take to a party I usually don't sanitize anything but they are getting consumed within hours. You'll probably be ok but you never know.

Short term you'll be fine as long as they're cold unless that beer gun was extremely dirty.
