Hello, I'm looking into a cheap wine cooler here as it was recommended as a viable alternate to using a fridge w/ a temp control attached. Temps here in florida suck and swamp coolers just aren't cutting it.
Right now I'm just doing small batches in a couple 1 gallon glass carboys, but i eventually plan to upgrade to 5 gallon batches using the 6.5 gallon buckets. So I'm left with the task of making sure said bucket can fit in the cooler I plan to get. Right now I'm leaning towards this NewAir 18 bottle cooler as it's extremely cheap since its on sale. Dimensions are as follows:
Height: 25.75 inches
Depth: 14 inches
Width: 19.38 inches
My real concern is that depth dimension. Not sure if that is from wall to wall INSIDE the cooler or the out edge of the cooler dimensions. Assuming it's inside walls, would the bucket fit in this? Sorry for the long post.
