I only have one freezer, that I have on a Johnson control to keep it at fermentation temps. I was trying to figure out a way of being able to use this fridge for fermenting and keg serving.
I looked into the fermwrap, but I don't want to heat the inside of a freezer, unless this is really not that bad???
I thought about a kegging/bottle cycle that would allow me to have beer lagering while I am serving from the keg and bottled when I am brewing.
Any ideas on what I could do to keep one keg at 51F and another at 39F?
I also thought about icing the serving keg on the Thursday night to have it ready for the weekend, but that will be less than optimal as it would only be temporary.
