Hey all,

I started a yeast starter the week of the 12th. I believe I started the cold crash on the 14th or 15th. Unfortunately my brew schedule hasn't gone as planned so the starter has been cold crashing since then and I plan to brew this Sunday the 2nd. Will I have issues with my starter? Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Two weeks of snoozing isn't going to drop the cell count enough to worry about.
If there was enough yeast generated for your intended recipe, it'll be fine.
Allow it to slowly warm up to pitch temp and you should be good to go.

On the up side, you should have wicked clear beer to decant :)

Cheers! :mug:
