Personally, I would never replace Amarillo with anything as it has one of the best hop flavors and aromas out there. Really upfront citrus and floral. Citra would be an excellent complement to it though. Citra is more mango/pineapple tasting to me.

But, seeing as, I'm guessing, you can't find Amarillo anywhere, you can definitely replace it. You'd probably still have a great tasting IPA, but it won't be the dogfish clone you're looking for. Instead, I would replace it with Cascade or Ahtanum if you want to stay more loyal to the original.

P.s. I got 8oz of Amarillo from Northern Brewer for something like $18 shipped a few weeks ago. You might want to check that out.
