Dear Santa,
All I want for Christmas is to run a brewery for a week with a full crew of people, unlimited amounts of every type of brewing ingredients known to man. About 200 different kettles, mash tuns and fermenters and a Giant pot of coffee seeing I am going to be up for the next 200 hours. I haven't asked for much in the last few years so I am hoping you can come through on this one. I've been good... And depending on how generous you are feeling this year...I would prefer my crew to be Victoria Secret models. Thanks Santa!
