I just pulled the lever on a 10 gallon keg system and a Irish Red AG kit from NB. I've been on the seesaw about this for 2 months and finally I said WTH and just did it.

I hope I can find a good style of beer to pair with Roman Noodles, cause I'll be eating them for the next 6 months.

Wish me luck and as I begin this journey into the unknown.

Nah! Just kits or ingredients to feed the new brew rig.

Don't worry about having to resort to Ramen Noodles. The beer belongs in the grain part of the food pyramid anyway doesn't it??

I started with the NB Irish Red kit, then the Patersbier, Extra Pale Ale, Nut brown then some partial mash kits and recipes then started all grain from recipes but ordering ingredients in larger quantities.

Welcome to the obsession... er... hobby. Have fun.

BTW this site is great for information. Read all the stickies and anything else that catches your attention and you will skip some of the problems that plague many beginners.
