Burdock - Barrel 24

Brewery in Toronto Canada. "Blend of four 1-yr-old wine barrel aged saisons/wild ales featuring barrel 24 was dosed with a unique strain of brettanomyces isolated from the mystic lees of Pearl Morisette’s 2014 Cuvée Blu. Three supporting barrels round out the blend but really, it’s all about Barrel 24. Packaged in March 2017."

Really tasty! Wine barrel are well balanced overall

I normally prefer the un-fruited Flora (and Flora Plum!) but this one was really good. There is quite a nice balance between the 3 fruits with a good funky touch!
