The IPA's were terrible. Saison was nice and the stout tolerable.

Pear. Spicy. Cracker. Clean.

The newest brewery only beer from New Glarus is a Bohemian style Pilsner hopped exclusive with French Mistral hops which add a pear / herbal / spicy hop character. Clean fermentation profile, cracker / bready malt base, moderate bitterness, finishes dry with a great lively amount of carbonation. Just about perfect for the summer, but unfortunately I'm down to my last bottle.
