Purchased at the source in approximately 2007.V nice glassware. Readily available or is it some sort of BMC glasswhale?

Sünner is my personal favorite. That whole area by the river (Rheingarten) is pretty lively with outdoor bars, flea markets, ice cream, etc. Peters Brauhaus is in the same area. Früh am Dom is one of the classics, beautiful building but it's really busy all the time. Mühlen is another great one to visit. Sion is kinda **** and the service sucked but it was the only place where they let us order the stanges 20 at a time (probably to avoid dealing with drunk tourists more than was necessary). Alter Markt is pretty lively at night, fun area just bouncing around from bar to bar meeting weird people. And when you get bored of kolsch there's the Craftbeer Corner Coeln a couple of blocks away.I'll be there doing the same thing in exactly one week! Happy to take some recommendations.
Latest blend? How is it?Cheers to all you fathers!

It's probably really polarizing but the Fernet beer they make is crazy. Forever ISO that beer.Wife and I went for the first time the other night for this release.
Needless to say it won't be our last. Thinking of going again one night after work this week.

Thanks! I'm actually going to be meeting up with people who live there, I don't know if they're beer people, though. I do know we'll be having raclette for dinner.Sünner is my personal favorite. Everyone in Germany is beer people. Tell them to take you to the mustard museum so you can drink mustard schnapps. And forgot to add Skulpturen Park and Museum Ludwig as non-beer suggestions if you're into modern art. Thanks!
