Afterthought Brewing Company Raspberry bottled on 6/30/18

Tart. Sweet. Dry. Phenolic.

Blend of tartness and a light residual sweetness from the raspberries, clean earthy funk and a light phenolic character I would imagine is part yeast and part raspberry seed derived. Dry, well carbonated and my photo doesn't do the color justice.

Have the Black Raspberry on deck as the acidity is pretty restrained and I'm intrigued enough to almost want to do a side by side.
