I brewed this cider nearly eight years ago. It fermented all the way out, ended up more of an apfelwein at ~14% ABV, and was quite funky for some time. It was drinkable after about 18 months, quite nice (and finally just lightly carbonated) after three years, and I’m really loving it now.
