Going for a side by side between the BBBW and BA4D, both from 2013:

Of course there's a cuvee (50/50) as well

Perfect after dinner coffee...

Holy hell, this is easily the best sixpoint beer I've had. Huge roasty espresso thing, light spice notes, mild sweetness, and a dry, boozy coffee finish. Superb.

2012 Backwoods. More detail in the Cellared Beer Review thread. Pretty good nose, a bit of oxydation kills the finish. Drink 'em fresh

Slightly oxidized. But overall, the flavors are just faded. My wife hates Backwoods and even she tried it and said, "wow, this years is so much better".
