Time to pour some beer before I fall asleep. Only one more week of the dreaded nightshift! Liking this 17 Willettized a smidge more with some age. Equal parts coffee, chocolate and rye. Let's drink up!

Found this bottle while cleaning my flooded cellar out. Put it in the fridge while I cut grass and just sat down to enjoy it and I am astonished at how amazing it is. Very few beers render me shocked at how good they are but this is one of them. As I drink through my glass, I remembered why I have been sitting on it for so long...

I got it because a friend of mine really liked the brewery and almost enjoyed berliners as much as me. We didnt get to hang out and drink as much as I would have liked to these past couple years and almost a year ago to the day he passed away. RIP Wissler, really wish we coulda drank this together and made fun of how stupid some aspects of beer are today.

While not the best of the Windmill Meme series IPA's, it is drinkable enough on a sunny warm day. The taste isn't bad, just a thin flat feel like something that sat out overnight that doesn't appeal to me.

libbey sent me a Sole Composition Kiwi Cocktail in the blind bif. Probably the best beer I've had this year.

Was in a meeting yesterday with our external auditors and one of them said he was up in Stowe last weekend for a bachelor party. Naturally I asked him if they went to the Alchemist. Today he brings me a mix 4 pack of Heady and Substance. Last person I’d ever expect to get good beer from, but I’ll take it!
