Have people died at DLD? Serious question.

i'm bringing mead. those jabronis can try to pry it from my cold, wet, trump sized hands

To actually answer your question, I don't think so. Last year, biglobo8971's compound was right next to the ambulances and medical care post. Quite a few people were taken there throughout the day. Some dude's head was bleeding while his gf helped him walk.
Well saw a guy with a bandage wrapped around his head running from security last year.

I saw a guy wearing flip flops with ripped jeans stumble into the port o potty and never came out. Figured he woke up in there the next day.

I also saw a guy just sit down on the ground by where we were standing. Like **** it I'm tired, he didn't get up for a long time. No deaths though.

Location was too convenient, which is why we've moved as far away as physically possible from medical services (assuming they are in the same place) while still being at the event for this year. Can't start getting all soft and ****.

Pretty sure my gf assumed this happened to me last year. I left her in the bottle line with deuce9259, but waited for the line to snake back around to join them again... so I was probably gone for a while.

the drunk time warp. i know this all too well...

i'd like an education on bourbon (please be gentle TalkBeerJesus) if someone would like to show me the light. i haz meads and beer :)

Looks like Group A on-site tickets were available for sale today at the brewpub (and apparently still are, if anyone wants to run over there) with about a 1 hour notice. Of course people on the 3F Facebook page are whining about no notice, having to work, it being a Monday, etc. so in other words completely missing the point.

Monday does kind of suck. I liked when they sent out the blast at 5 am Sunday morning two years ago. I had just got home from drinking all Saturday night. Worked out perfectly.

This would worry me. What time would they start allowing pickups on DLD? They're not exactly known for line process efficiency.

A handful of TB folks had to pick up their tickets at will call last year...it wasn't ideal or well organized, but it wasn't awful.

Yea as I recall LT and fear025 had to stand in will call last year to grab tickets without any real issues asides from a bit of disorganized chaos.

they usually have a guy at the Hampton that will do it right there. I did it this way last year. Let me see if I still have the number. In fact, picked up Leschkies, Moy's, and mine that way

I think mnbearsfan would die at every event if biglobo8971 wasn't there to remind him to have a hot dog and take a nap.

Also if anyone has a +1 ticket not being used please pm me, have a buddy coming who is ticket-less. He doesn't want bottles, just wants to hold hands and skip on in. Per usual can offer bottle pours, MN mule-jobs, cash money, comped VIP-compound tickets, sweet nothings whispered in your ear, and/or a drunken post DLD ***** bar sidekick.. No one should go to the ***** bar alone.

For those that missed the comment in RTT:

and:

But don't worry:

The growler/mead thing puts a bit of damper on my planned bottles. Granted I knew the law, I assumed like most things the employees at the gate won't care. I guess that just means my growlers/mead will need to be consumed pre 10am.
