I recently kegged an APA and poured off the last pint (that wouldn’t fit in keg) for tasting. After a little time in the fridge I noticed a dark film forming on the top. Is this something to be concerned about? Maybe hop resins that wouldn’t normally appear in carbonated beer?
Actually, that last bit was probably murkier than most of what fit in the keg, and what you're seeing is the murk dropping out
Also, oxygen is working on that glass...
