Hey,
I am looking to brew a nzpa and have heard you can get dank from nelson.
The last beer i brewed tasted like fruit juice and I'm hoping to avoid that as I don't need to juice bombs on tap.
I have nelson, riwaka and nz cascade hops in the freezer and would like to avoid buying new hops if possible.
Does anyone know when to add the nelson to get dank from it instead of super fruity?
