So i found a clone recipe for Dale's Pale Ale, and wanted to take m first attempt at messing with a recipe. So i am thinking for the Fall maybe make a Black version - kinda like a black ipa but with a pale ale. So - can anyone tell me a dark grain i can add or replace something in the recipe to darken it up, but not do a major change to the flavor?
