OK, so I have never dry hopped in a keg before. Is it normal to be cloudy the whole time? This beer was clearing nicely before i added the hops. I put .5 oz in a tea ball.
I don't usually get it, but I know hops haze is common in dryhopped beers.

I won't answer for Yooper but since I made this my House ale I'll tell you what I did.
I swapped out the 60 minute 1 oz Cascade addition with .75 oz of a more aggressive bittering hop like Columbus or some Hercules if you can find it. (17.7%)
I love this beer. Every time.
I've been making it exactly the same way each time! I haven't changed it a bit. I really like it the way it is.
So 100% cascades still? I like the cascades but have some amarillo on hand as well

I don't have any Vienna malt, you think i could sub the vienna for more pale malt?
I made a 10 gal version of this yesterday. I didn't have Vienna so I adjusted the Munich and Pale Malt a bit, a little different beer but I'm sure it'll be good. My electric RIMS held 154F perfectly and got 1.060 wort. Its fermenting away as we speak!
nyer - I typically go 7-10 days dry hopping this recipe. I've done it 3 times (4th in primary right now) and have loved every one. Cheers!
