My wife bought me the following ingredients from our local hone brew store in a prepacked kit. However, I have only used beer kits before so I have no idea how to make this brew.

4.5kg Pilsener Malt
100g Crystal Malt
HOPS
70g Saaz (60 min)
14g Saaz (10 min)
14g Saaz (End of boil)
FININGS
1 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)
YEAST
White Labs WLP800 Pilsner Yeast

Any ideas where I can get some basic (and i mean basic!) instructions on this forum or elsewhere?

BobbyM has a good all grain primer... Do you have Lager capability though? You need to be in the 45-50'ish range for fermentation and need to drop close to freezing for a month or two for the actual lagering.

So room temp is no good?

If you can't get it that cold, you could make this beer with a Kolsch yeast in the low 60's and get some of the same characteristics

For a beer that light/delicate, make sure you use 100% reverse osmosis or distilled water, unless you have perfect water where you live.
