Hi Everyone,

I'm a long time beer maker, but novice when it comes to cider making (1 batch). I just had the Crispin Brown's Lane and (despite the fact that it's a Miller/Coors product) really enjoyed it, and was hoping I could make something similiar on my own. My question is, obviously I taste Brett in the cider (I'm guessing brett brux) but I was curious if any of you with more experience would guess (or know) if it was 100% fermented with the brett, or if there was another strain used as well.
Thanks ahead of time!

Id assume all one yeast as cider is touchy for oxidation issues after fermenting.
