Crimping a Bazooka tube

Just got a 10 gal Igloo cooler, stainless valve & bulkhead, and a bazooka tube. It's a little too long, so I guess I need to fold (or should I cut off the excess?) and crimp it some more. Is there a clever way to do this with standard tools?

Can you just fold it? Does it even need to be cut off?

I just cut mine down and folded the end over twice.

I'd grab the end with pliers and roll it like a toothpaste tube. If you ever need it longer you can just roll it back.
