That looks pretty genius right there, thanks a lot!

Should be nice and light, balanced between dry and sweet. I like liberty for the underlying spice I get from it. It really works well with "C" hops to make them a tad more complex. Don't be afraid to dry hop with it as well.

The color should be nice too.

I'm honestly just really exctied for the Citra. I like to support my LHBS, so I don't like to buy my hops/yeast online. Hardware that they don't have, I will, but they finally got some Citra in last week and it's almost gone, I bought the last 3 ounces they had lol.

So I ended up stealing your general idea, but modifiying it slightly. But I picked up some Chinook and changed it up. Went with:

5lbs pale ale
3lbs pilsner
1lb vienna
1lb crystal

2oz Chinook, 60 mins.
1oz Perle, 40 mins.
1oz Citra, 10 mins.
1oz Citra, 5 min.

10 days later, my FG is only at 1.023, but I taste tested it and it tastes a lot like Sierra Nevada Extra IPA, only not quite as sharp. I would even say its more drinkable for the normal, non-homebrewer. The aroma is exactly the same though.

Any recipes that use up a lot of Victory and C60 in 5 gallons? I've got some leftover that I want to kill off before it gets old. Maybe an oud bruin, Scotch ale, or brown.

55# Maris Otter
10# Munich
9# White Wheat
5# Victory, Crystal 60, Caramunich, Aromatic
1# Special B, Blackprinz, Midnight Wheat, Chocolate

1# Centennial (2014 preorder coming up soon)
1# Nugget (13%)
1/2# Styrian Aurora (7.5%)
1/2# Styrian Goldings (4.5%)

I'll get whatever yeast but have Nottingham, Saison WLP565, San Fran Lager, Abbey Ale Wy1214XL. For souring: Roeselare, Wyeast Oudbruin Blend PC, Wyeast De Bomb PC cake.
