My first partial extract was a cream ale. I remember when I checked the FG from the secondary that it was clear and golden. It has been in the bottle for about 3 weeks now. I don't remember how much sugar I used when bottling, but it was what my LHBS recommended, and it was the same as a dark ale I did that carbed up just fine. My cream ale is very hazy, and it has not carbonated well at all. The room it's in stays somewhere around 60-65 degrees, and I was afraid it might not be warm enough.
I guess my questions are....
Will the beer carbonate just fine in the 60-65 temps?
What is this haze and will it go away if left longer?
