Brewing a Koelsh, all grain, 12 lbs, strike temp ok, first rest at 125 degrees 20 minutes, 60 minutes at 152 degrees, Sparge two with 170° water 15 minutes each, I should include according to brew calc 4.9 gallons too steep the grains to start, 60 minute boil, missed my OG shooting for 1.45 ended up with 1.20, I am completely lost

How much volume of 1020 wort do you have? What is your intended batch volume?

What temp was the wort when you took your gravity reading?

If you have lots of volume you can boil down to your desired gravity. Most hydrometers are calibrated for 60f or so. If you took your gravity reading during your sparge then you will need to apply a correction factor.

If you have the appropriate volume and your hydrometer reading isn't off due to temp, you can correct with some dry malt extract (dme), or even small amounts of table sugar if you are really really in a pinch.

I'm in a pinch my Target volume is 6 1/2 gallons I have table sugar but not sure how much to add my OG Reading at and of boil was 1.020

Added some honey and about a cup of sugar my OG is now 1.050 my points higher than my target range but I'm good and happy, I just wish the Steelers were playing better

What temp were you measuring the OG at?

1 cup of sugar and some honey in a 6.5 gallon batch would change the gravity reading very little. Temperature differences will change it greatly.
