1 gallon crane-raspberry juice
2 cups raspberry preserves
1 tsp tannin
Champagne yeast(red star pasteur champagne yeast)
2 Tbs splenda( more for taste, or stevia, xylitol or any artificial sweetener)
2/3 cup priming sugar before bottling
