Let's see- keg $30 if in great shape, carboy $20 if in good shape, and for the c02 tank it really depends on the size and age. With a regulator, then it would be an ok deal.
It's not a good deal, probably, but it really depends on the size and condition of the c02 tank. It looks "ok" at best.
