Hey, guys go back to the beginning of the emaw and look at the lists that have been posted . Everything is befitting to the most of whats listed . Just cause you don't think something fits doesn't mean it doesnt. I have receive RB as extra in a trade so it does got to shelf.

And my post wasn't meant to be chastising to anyone specific! I am glad that y'all understand me on that. Beginners by all means, ask for what you want! Just know, there were SOO many lists **** down in the early emaws, and it is totally ok. This is a place to send and receive delicious easy to get beer, just not easy for the wisher.

I posted literally 2 minutes too late. Seriously, not giving you grief, the rest of your list is fine. Just trying to reel it back in, in general.

What may seem hard for one may seem easy for another. How many like PA bomb, here close to me it's a shelf turd. I can go on but there is no point.

Totally agree!

A $20-30 brewery only that gets traded for whalez is not quite the same.

I wish I could grant this for you myself to show you that it's not hard feelings.

A bit of context for you:

1. Those who have commented since your list, they have been around since the beginning of this thread. They don't need to be referred to earlier posts.

2. Stick around long enough and you'll see that comments about the suitability of listed beers are not directed at the current list.

3. The fact that you received a beer as an extra does not make that beer "shelf."

4. Your list is perfectly fine as a first iteration. However, this thread is intended to move fast. 8 hours is a long time without an update.

5. I only have one from your current list so if you want me to grant you'll have to add.

I sort of stopped looking here a while back when I looked at both this one and the MAW and had 11 beers on big MAW list and none on the list in this thread.

That being said, I can grant this one.

That's true, but by that logic a lot of hard to get, expensive bottles could be justifiably on a list. Hell, I've seen Drie Fontenien on a shelf in another state. There's a store I regularly go to that puts stuff on the shelf that most places never even see. Doesn't mean that it's fitting to have a list full of $15-30 bottles just because someone somewhere might see it on a shelf at some point. I think the spirit of the. EMAW is to list things that are GENERALLY easy to obtain by someone in the distribution area. Not speaking of anyone's list specifically, it just sometimes becomes a trend in here.

I am headed to bed, so assuming Timzabel12 confirms my grant. My list is:

Mead

If it is fermented and mostly honey it counts. commercial or homebrew. Will add if needed.

I will admit as I am not new to trading but far from exprience I will pull Rare barrel as I was off base with it, as much as that sucks.

I'm happy to take fresh hops, or most anything not being distributed to CT. lactose intolerance is in the house, so no milk stouts, but I'll take regular ones! Hit me!

According to Seekabrew, there are a lot of Oklahoma breweries that don't distribute to CT... Did I just find a MAW that I can actually get?!?

Pm'd you, let me know if you want from any of those breweries before I claim this one.
