I just bottled a 1 gallon batch of pumpkin ale from NB. When I was taking the cap with airlock off, I noticed the plastic lid had a small crack. I had great fermentation, it went all over the floor. Do you think the beer is ruined since it was exposed to air the whole time? I bottled it any way to see and will be switching to rubber stoppers. Thanks all, newbie here and great forum!

Odds are that it will be ok. During fermentation co2 would drive off any air that would try to get in. As long as the beer wasn't sitting there for a long period of time it should be ok.
