Have a couple Beersmith questions...
1. Inventory....I enter things into it, but they never seem to be taken out of inventory...am I missing some step that tells it to deduct a recipe from inventory once brewed?
2. BIAB...I set the mash profile to single infusion, med. body with no mash out and then I manually set my water at my boil volume of 7.5 gal. I'm mashing in my 10 gal. aluminum kettle...what should I set my mash tun temp at...160ish I'm guessing.....thanks!
