Is there anything I should be doing to take care of copper components between brews, other than normal cleaning and drying as best I can? I'm putting together a copper tubing manifold for a cooler MLT and I've been using a copper coil IC for about a year. If I'm lucky I get to brew about once a month and I'm wondering about tarnishing, oxidation, etc. during the downtime.

All I have done is cleaned my stuff up with a hose down and maybe a scrubby pad if it had stuck on gunk and let it air dry...I have been doing that for a decade with no ill effects...and the pH of the wort will do a pretty good job of cleaning the metal surface.
