Hi,
I'm doing a coopers pale ale with beer enhancer 2. The beer has been fermenting for 9 days now and still bubbling intermittently. It is quite clear that there is still pressure within the fermenter has the water is pushed up to one side in the airlock.
Should I wait till the pressure goes down and bubbling stops before bottling or should I just go by the hydrometer?
