Coopers carbonation drops

I have a cider that I have stabilized. I was looking to carbonate it and was given a bag of these. Will they work even with the cider stabilized and back sweetened or are they basically sugar cubes and need yeast to work?

They are just sugar that need the yeast.

But if you have stabilized your cider and have sweetened it you really cannot effectively add any yeast as the sorbate and the k-meta will inhibit any further fermentation.

It's only a 2 gallon batch so I guess it won't be that bad drinking it still
