I am about to start a Coopers Canadian Blonde brew but do not have the recommended 1kg of brew enhancer 1. I wonder if 500g of sucrose, 500g of dextrose and 500g of dry malt will work for my 23 litre fermenter. Thanks.

Do not take my word for gold as im still learning

But I don't see you having a problem
Using what you have

When I used to do Cooper's kits I'd make the Canadian Blonde up with 500gr of DME and 700gr of dextrose. Turned out pretty good.

I use Coopers cans a lot. They can produce quite a good brew. Their recipes on their website usually produce good brews.

Brew enhancer 1 is thought to be 600g of dextrose and 400g of maltodextin.
Brew enhancer 2 is thought to be 500g of dextrose, 250g of malt and 250g of maltodextrin.

I usually use 1kg of dry malt with their cans of goop as a starting point when creating my own recipies.
