Hi there. Glad to be a member of the forums.
I've made four or five brews so far and am looking to start the Coopers Canadian Blonde. On the kit it says I need to use the Coopers Brew Enhancer 1 (70 Dextrose:30 Maltodextrin) but I only have light spray malt and dextrose in the house.
My question is whether or not I should use spray malt in conjunction with the dextrose for my brew, or should I just use dextrose on its own? Is there any call to add spray malt in place of the maltodextrin that is recommended?
Also - it specifies to use 1kg of Brew Enhancer 1. How much dextrose (or dextrose/spray malt mix) should I use in place of this?
Many thanks.
