Cooler Mash Tun Valve

I have a 10 gallon igloo cooler. I bought a stainless false bottom on Amazon. Now I need to figure out what valve/fitting I need to hook hose from false bottom too. I assume some bulkhead fitting?

You can buy a ready made valve from places like Austin Homebrew or watch YouTube and buy the individual parts at Home Depot.

I assembled my first mash tun with brass fittings from homedepot following the instructions here:

Just ignore the part about using the steel braid as a filter. I've since used stainless steel kits I bought from bargain fittings and stainless brewing.
