looks like it but highly highly doubt it considering the corporate police state that is Singapore. Punishment for minor offenses in Singapore would be characterized by us as cruel and unusual under the Eighth Amendment (kind of like the muslim countries arresting and detaining foreigners for kissing in public), and they are not afraid to execute a lot (much like China to the north).
