cooking with trub

so im going to start cooking with my stout trub tomorrow i will use this recipe for oatmeal stout bread but i will replace the beer with my trub http://archive.jsonline.com/features/recipes/330307341.html

i have a pecan beer coming up that has a pound of pecans that will be in the trub im sure that will make some great bread or muffins http://thebeeroness.com/2016/01/13/one-bowl-cinnamon-sugar-beer-muffins/

I made it and it wasn't bad a little bitter from the hops but it just needed more sugar in the recipe.
Obviously you wouldnt want to use ipa trub or something that wouldn't taste good but my graham cracker smores stout trub was delicious in bread

I was thinking the same thing today actually. Asians use the "trub" from brewing sake in many dishes.
