I'm sure this has been posted but is there a general formula for converting an amount of extract into an amount of grain. Thanks!!!
 
As a general guideline, 1 pound grain = .75 pound LME = .6 DME.

So, if you have a recipe asking for 6 pounds of light DME, 10 pounds of two-row is a good guestimate until you know your own efficiency.
