Convertase in beer and wine

I heard on a (Brewing Network) podcast about a product called convertase. It looks like we can purchase this at the home brew level now. I'm interested to hear if anyone has used this in their brewing yet. Thanks in advance for any thoughts anyone might have on it!

It is an enzyme that can break down complex sugars into simple sugar that wine yeast can eat. Here is a really great blog with a recap of the info in that show and an experiment. I just wanted to see if there were any others with suggestions or thoughts about this stuff. Thanks!
