Convert Kegerator back to fridge

OK I got a really stupid question. Because I had no fore thought when I did this, but right now I have a kegerator built into a stand up full size fridge. I want to move that to a chest freezer. I want to then turn the fridge into a fermentation chamber. Anyone have success plugging the holes the taps left? I had two. What did you use to plug the tap holes?

You can fill the holes with Great Stuff. Wont be pretty though.

You can try the insulation foam. Cover one side of the holes and fill with the foam. When it dries, the area shouldn't allow air in or out. Adding reflective tape over the inside foamed area will ensure that the cold stays in.
