Can someone tell me how to do this? I know I need a new faucet, but what else? Would prefer not to do mixing, would prefer to have a local company charge one of my empty cylinders.

you'll need a stout faucet, a beergas tank and a nitro regulator (or you can use a co2 regulator with an adapter).

If you're doing g-mix, you need a cylinder, a nitrogen regulator, and a stout faucet. One word of caution, my gas supplier wouldn't fill anything but the large gas cylinders with g-mix (the ones that bars and restaurants use...about five feet tall). They also wouldn't fill it unless it had the CGA580 connector. I know that's not the case for everyone, but it's worth asking your gas supplier to make sure they're willing to fill one of your existing cylinders.

I think the biggest hurdle to consider is the availability of beergas where you live. Call some suppliers and see what their policy is.

Around here Airgas will do a beergas fill but they need to take your tank for a week and have it filled at a bigger facility. Not too inconvenient but like other posters have said, it varies and is generally more difficult to come by than co2 fills and exchanges
