Just bottled my second batch, 11 16-oz bottles, various flavors. This batch was naturally a lot fizzier than the last.

Atthe same time I was fermenting, I took a couple bottles of my plain from the first and poured it into a gallon jar. Within a couple days, was growing a respectable SCOBY.

Just combined that and the leftover of the second batch as starter for a 3-gallon continuous ferment. Took a couple cups of that back into the gallon to start a new SCOBY.

Just bottled a few from this batch. By far the fizziest of any I've made from first fermentation. I actually put them straight in the fridge, no secondary fermentation needed.
