Considering eBIAB Build--Need Some Help and Opinions

The PID is in the future, but I need to see how much scratch is left over after the element and wiring and whatnot.

I think what I was trying to describe is what you're talking about--somehow plugging the element into 120 when I get a boil. Hopefully I'll get enough xmas funding to just get a PID and set it with that.
