Anyone know if it's possible to connect a Johnson A419 to a computer or other device so I can review the temperature fluctuations during fermentation? I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a way to record temperature readings while I'm not there.
The reason I ask is because I'm about to brew in the middle of June and do not yet have an extra fridge or ferm chamber to reliably control temps on the cool side. I will probably try the swamp cooler method but still would like to know monitor temps to see how steady (or not) they hold in my basement.
