My CO2 tank is too big to fit in my freezer or fridge. I accidentally bought a massive one. Not a terrible problem. The problem is that I dont have a way to get the line into the fridge at this point.

After initially adding CO2 to the corny keg, can I unplug the keg and then just put it back in my fridge? When I pull it out, do I need to connect the keg back into the CO2 tank? If so, how long after reconnecting it can I serve the beer?

I just started kegging, please excuse the noob question. Thanks!

Drill a hole through the side and feed the line through into the fridge. And seal it up.

If your planning on multiple kegs and taps you’ll eventually need a manifold with separate on/off valves for each keg

Mine has a male barbed at each end with a splice in the middle where it enters the fridge

They may even make this part for sale

fwiw, I've run gas lines into two fridges and my keezer using 1/4" MFL-MFL bulkheads like this one:

Generally it just takes a bit of research to find safe spots to drill through appliances. There are lots of on-line replacement parts stores that provide detailed drawings to reference.
Then again, sometimes one gets lucky and there's a drain port that can pass a line...

Cheers!

Many fridges has a drain hole for condensation in the back of the fridge. If you have one maybe you can thread a hose through it.

Edit: Ah, what day_trippr said about the drain hole
