Ok so I have a milk stout that I am trying today. I bottled it exactly two weeks ago. I can taste the carbonation. Is this because this bottle might have gotten more of the priming sugar mixture or because it is still young and needs to condition longer. I have heard stouts take a little bit longer. Looking at my notes it was 1.068 OG, 1.022 FG, worked out to 6.37% ABV. It was was in the primary for week and the secondary for a week. I figured I would give everything up front for this and see what everyone thinks.

I wouldn't even touch it for two more weeks. Even then it will prob be kinda green. My Chocolate milk stout wasn't "good" until 2 months in bottle.
