I'm testing my electric brewery and I'm having problems with condensation falling back into the wort. How can I avoid that ?
Right now, I'm using a cheap bathroom fan that is 12" from my pot and I have about 3 feet of duct. How do you guys avoid that ? And no, wiping the fan is not an option !!!
